What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of marketing and analytics professionals to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM email,push notifications, social media, influencers, affiliates, and paid advertising;

  • Utilize consumer insights and data to develop custom user journeys that enhance the overall CHANI app and online store experience;

Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of professional experience in digital marketing and analytics, including experience managing teams;
  • Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies to optimize performance;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts;
  • Proactive and adaptable in an agile work environment – someone who embraces change and is confident leading in uncharted waters;
  • Experience in e-commerce strategies on Shopify;

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is vital to the growth of our company, and will shape our brand’s presence across all marketing initiatives. The Brand Marketing Manager will set marketing campaign strategies and work cross-functionally with our content, design, copy, product, and analytics teams to achieve our marketing goals. What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Work with our Director of Marketing to implement marketing campaign briefs into compelling strategies, tactics, and KPIs. Collaborate with key departments including copy, design, and content to execute the plan from start to finish.  Provide post campaign analysis determining the success of each campaign;
  • IRL Events/Marketing Activations: Plan and execute in-person events and activations. Ideate, coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotions with a cross-functional team. Measure event ROI and gather customer feedback for future planning;
  • New Product Marketing: Work closely with our product team to analyze audience insights and market trends to inform product launches. Oversee new product launch campaigns across all channels;
  • Public Relations (PR): Manage day to day media relations and press releases, including regularly maintaining and responding to our inbound marketing /media inbox. Pitch brand moments to press and media. Manage external PR partners as needed. Work closely with content marketing to ensure seamless storytelling across the brand;
  • Brand Collaborations: Ideate and pitch potential brands for brand collaborations. Facilitate and oversee partnerships from start to finish;
  • Brand / Comms Management: Build and maintain our comms/marketing calendar and deliver to key stakeholders. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all platforms. Update and implement brand guidelines as needed;
