Chani is a New York Times best-selling author and astrologer with a community of over one million monthly readers. She has been a counseling astrologer for more than 20 years, guiding people to discover and live out their life’s purpose through understanding their birth chart. She has been featured in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Rolling Stone, the New Yorker, the Atlantic, and multiple Netflix series. And yes, she is our namesake.

Thea Anderson

Our Chief of Staff

Thea is an astrologer and a writer who’s obsessed with history and looking at world-shaping events through the lens of their charts. At CHANI, she brings the company vision to life and enjoys having a hand in all the projects that make astrology accessible to the masses. Her written work focuses on the intersections of history, astrology, and liberation and has been published in the Mountain Astrologer and the CAELi Review.

Eliza Robertson

Our VP of content

Eliza is an author, a researcher, and an astrologer. She holds a PhD from the University of East Anglia and has published three books, one of which was selected as a New York Times Editors’ Choice. A practicing astrologer for over eight years, Eliza is the funnel for all written astrology content that pours into the CHANI app. When she’s not translating the astro weather, she’s tapping away at her most recent novel-in-progress.
