Work smarter, not harder. Yesterday’s Full Moon shed light on your job, wellness routines, and/or other projects. It also may have triggered doubt or anxiety about your achievements in general. Take a breath. There’s always more to do, but stressing about it won’t do you any good. Start by naming what is or isn’t working. Then notice how you feel. More hustling won’t get you better results, but a nervous system reset will.
