If you feel extra vulnerable when you’re alone, be gentle with yourself. Over the past month, you’ve been exploring the sensitive sides of you that emerge in your solo time. Reflect on everything you’ve learned, and note the ways you’ve achieved a greater sense of security. If you feel like you’re still relying on old strategies for strengthening your self-confidence, they may be due for an update. It’s never too late to give yourself the kind of care you longed to receive in the past.
